Delete your account

This page covers deleting your Repz account and the data attached to it. Repz is operated by Xenin Ltd. Deletion is permanent — once it's done, neither you nor we can bring your training history back.

Option 1 — delete it in the app

The fastest route. It happens immediately, no waiting on us.

  1. Open Repz and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the Account section at the bottom.
  3. Tap Delete account, type your username to confirm, then tap Delete account again.

Option 2 — ask us to delete it

Already removed the app, or can't sign in? Send the request here. We'll email the address you give us to check the request is genuine, then delete the account. You can also email support@repzworkouts.co.uk directly — same result.

Use the address you sign in with, so we can verify the request came from you.

What gets deleted

  • Your login and email address, and your profile — name, username, UID, height and body weight.
  • Every workout, exercise, set, rest day and saved template you created.
  • Your friendships, friend requests, and templates you shared.
  • Your head-to-head matches, rounds and scores.
  • Workout check-in photos and your profile avatar.
  • Your push-notification token, so notifications stop straight away.

What we keep, and for how long

Deleting in the app removes your data from the live database immediately. Requests sent through the form are actioned within 30 days. Encrypted backups and short-lived server logs age out inside the same 30-day window.

After that we keep only what we're required to — for example accounting records, or information needed for security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

One thing we can't reach: if a friend accepted a workout template you shared, their copy belongs to their account and stays there until they delete it.
